I offer flat-rate planning packages, so you know your investment upfront. Pricing varies based on the scope, complexity, and level of support needed. Prior to getting started, you will receive a proposal and contract that includes pricing to ensure we are aligned on the services requested and the price.

Due to the time and research involved, planning fees are non-refundable. This is clearly outlined before booking.

The sooner, the better—especially for travel and peak seasons. I always say it’s never too early to secure the vendors that provide what you need. To allow for your perfect trip or event, I recommend the below at starting points:

• Travel: 2–12 months in advance
• Events: 6–12 weeks in advance
